Last night in the car, listening to Christmas music, Oscar said suddenly, "Mom, kids in my sunday school class think Christmas is all about presents."
Lily said, "I love presents too!"
I couldn't see it, but I imagine Oscar shot her a look, then he said, "But it's not. It's about Jesus."
I said, "You're right, Buddy."
"I love Christmas, Mommy."
"Me too, Oscar."
Lily chimed in, "I love Halloween because of all the candy!"

I love that; it sounds just like Lily. She loves treats.
That does sound like Lily. I'm sure she will soon begin to understand that Christmas is more than just presents and treats. Fun that Oscar is understanding. I can't wait to see you!!!
