Dear Football,
I honestly don't know you that well, and haven't given you much thought, except for the occasional BYU game that I would have to (sorry) endure, but now you've got my attention. It used to be that I loved everything about fall--my birthday (which technically is in summer, but it always seems like fall), fall leaves, cool breeze, fall clothes, tv shows...but now, it's also football.
It was bad enough that my children and I have to share our husband and father with you nearly every Saturday for hours at a time, and if he is not attending, he is watching or listening. Then there is fantasy football, more time spent on ESPN.com and every time we are in the car, it is AM radio. I tried not to hold it against you, but enough is enough.
Yesterday in the car, Henry, my two-year-old, while we were listening to Madonna's Holiday said, "Mom, dis moosic is cwazy. I want football moosic."
Take my husband, but please give me back my baby.
Sincerely,
Marlene Scoville

That is too funny! I am up for a good cougar football game, but that is it for me. Pat tries to give me the tutorials on what is happening... that is pretty funny too.
So cute. I agree with you Marlene I could go with out football all together. Thanks for having us over - it was really fun to get together.
